50+:  Iginiting a  Revolution to Reinvent America by Bill Novelli with Boe Workman

How we approach the process of aging can make a huge difference in our retirement years.   As we have throughout our lifetime the Baby Boomer generation is making a difference in the way we view and manage the retirement years.  Bill Novelli, CEO of AARP, highlights the ways in which Boomers have been changing their world since 1947.  The Boomers’ approach to retirement will be no different.   Bill Novelli points out that many 50+ Boomers intend to and expect to work at least part of their retirement years.  The word “retirement” will be redefined by this massive group of 76 million Boomers.  Political and social changes are happening and more changes are foreseen.  Novelli offers his insight into the coming retirement years.  He outlines changes that need to occur to accommodate this unprecedented mass of retirees.  As head of AARP, Novelli, has a unique perspective on the national retirement picture. In his book he covers a multitude of subjects affecting the Boomer retirees; health, job, play, housing, and finance.  For all who seek a fresh approach to their retirement years Novelli offers a fascinating and insightful read.

Very well said.  It's such a relief to know that there is a strong positive movement to acknowledge Babyboomers as a group separate from retirees, senior citizens, and the dreaded 50+.

I'm a card-carrying member of AARP.
