Next Tuesday Oaklyn Branch is holding its first mother-daughter book discussion. It's aimed at daughters grades 4-8 and their mothers. Our first topic of discussion will be the Caldecott Award book The Invention of Hugo Cabret. Come to the children's librarians at Oaklyn to get a copy to check out. And
don't let the large number of pages stop you --so many of them are pictures, and they're all fascinating! Mother and daughter could read the book together, or individually. Come to Oaklyn's meeting room on Tuesday, September 16 for our 6:30 to 7:30 discussion. We're looking forward to having a great time!
