Who indeed? &lt;em&gt;A Birthday for Cow &lt;/em&gt;answers that question, while its companion story &lt;em&gt;The Doghouse&lt;/em&gt; raises new questions. Who or what is in the doghouse? Why is it that no one who goes &lt;em&gt;in&lt;/em&gt; comes &lt;em&gt;out&lt;/em&gt;? And what&amp;#39;s this about having Duck for dinner?&lt;/p&gt;
