Dylan coming to Mesker

"How many times have you seen Dylan?" has now replaced the usual question, "Are you going to see Dylan?" This will make my 3rd time and I am anxiously awaiting the date. The intimate setting of Mesker should make for a unique musical experience. I saw John Mayall at the Blues Festival in St. Louis and was sitting on the ground about 5 feet away and it was incredible. When I saw Dylan the first time my friends and I obtained our 2nd row floor level seats by "camping out" at the front of the ticket line at Robert's Stadium. At some point during the concert, I think we actually stood on our seats. Oh wait, that was when I saw Ringo. Anyway, when my husband and I saw him in Nashville our seats were in the balcony. This time tickets are already bought and seats are excellent. From experience I know that he never sings a well-known song the same way twice. So I wonder if he'll do "Leopard Skin Pill Box Hat" again and I wonder if I'll recognize it. Basically the best part of a Dylan concert is just knowing that you are breathing the same air that he is breathing. Such a legend. Remember EVPL has a marvelous collection of Dylan CDs.
