Or what exactly is the designated area? </p> <p>Browsing on the <a href="http://www.evansvillegov.org/Index.aspx?page=1328">City of Evansville webpage</a>, I located the Water Department, and found they have an e-mail advisory list. &nbsp;Anytime an order is prepared, the exact announcement is e-mailed to anyone who has signed up for the list.
