Martina Dunkerson, Public Affairs Specialist for the Social Security Administration will present &amp;ldquo;Planning for Social Security&amp;rdquo; at Central Library on Thursday, March 24 at 2:00 PM. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
