Or what exactly is the designated area? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Browsing on the &lt;a href="http://www.evansvillegov.org/Index.aspx?page=1328"&gt;City of Evansville webpage&lt;/a&gt;, I located the Water Department, and found they have an e-mail advisory list. &amp;nbsp;Anytime an order is prepared, the exact announcement is e-mailed to anyone who has signed up for the list. The same for when the Boil Order expires. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is what the &lt;a href="http://www.evansvillegov.org/Index.aspx?page=1328"&gt;Water Department&amp;#39;s Page&lt;/a&gt; says:&lt;/p&gt;
