Have you thought about working out at home, but don't want to work out alone?
Join us every Tuesday for a fitness get-together. Some weeks we'll have a fitness video to follow along with; other weeks we may have someone leading the group live. We're keeping the specifics flexible so the get-together can become what people want.
You can even bring your own equipment, such as jump ropes, weights or exercise mats. We encourage you to bring at least a towel and water.
Please consult with your doctor before registering or beginning any exercise program.
