This class teaches gentle seated and standing yoga poses, breathing and meditation. You will practice yoga poses to improve mobility, physical comfort, strength and balance. Breathing and meditation practices will calm your mind and relieve stress. Each class will leave you feeling lighter, more relaxed and at ease. No experience needed, and all equipment is provided.
