PINs Help
My Account Tips
- When accessing your account in the library or at a public computer, always log out of your account when you are finished in order to protect your privacy. To do so, click the "LOGOUT" button.
- We encourage you to supply the library with an email address; it can be used to send you instructions if you should forget your PIN and need to reset it, as well as due date/overdue notices. Once logged in, click on the "Modify Personal Info" button to add or update your email address.
- If you wish to view checked out items, request items, or renew items from our website, you'll need to log in to your library account. For security purposes, you'll need to enter your name, your library card number, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Your PIN is a customizable code that verifies your identity when accessing your library account. Since your library account displays your name, address, phone number, and any items checked out or on hold, your PIN protects your privacy in the event your card is lost or stolen. If you do not have a PIN, you'll be required to create one upon logging in.
