- Connecting the community to the library through events, activities, and special offerings
- Guiding community members in ways to volunteer to make a difference through the library
- Providing opportunities for the community to give financially to the library and to support its impact.
Whether it’s through book sales events, opportunities to learn about authors, or to give to special projects of the library, the Foundation is committed to helping individuals, organizations, and businesses connect through the library, and grow in its desire for shared exploration, understanding, and knowledge.

Upcoming Book Sales
Book sales are a primary fundraising activity of the Foundation. Held several times throughout the year, proceeds from the sales are used to support youth programs and services, the community lecture series, emerging technologies, collections, staff engagement, and special library projects and initiatives.
