Located on the east side of Evansville on Washington Ave just behind Washington Square Mall, EVPL McCollough has served the community since 1965. The simple, yet unique, architecture of the building makes a statement and symbolizes the bold and pioneering leadership of the library’s first director, Ethel McCollough.
With renovations completed in 2006, EVPL McCollough has private study rooms, public computer access, printers, a document scanner, and more. We invite you to host your next group meeting in our spacious meeting room.
With a variety of fun youth programs, EVPL McCollough is a great place to bring your kids or grandkids. We also offer many book discussion groups, and we hope to see you at one soon. Our team is also always available to assist you with your tech needs.
Visit us today to learn more about Ethel McCollough or to simply enjoy reading a book in the sunlight provided by our wall of windows.
