How many books can Evansville and Vanderburgh County read in a year?

EVPL wants to find out! By participating in our Annual Reading Challenge, you’ll be part of a larger community of readers who are reading for pleasure, learning, or both.

This year’s theme encourages us to reflect and build on what we read, whether for personal fulfillment, to teach or lead others, or to enrich our community.

How it works

  • Pick up a tracking log at any EVPL location. (Or print the log using the link below.)
  • Use the tracker to record books you read, and then cut out and drop off your entry slip at any EVPL location by the end of each month.
  • Prize winners in each age category, at each location, will be drawn and notified each month. (See some of the prizes below!)

Remember…ALL reading counts, whether you’re reading print or eBooks, reading to someone else, or listening to an audiobook.
