Outreach

EVPL Outreach is dedicated to bringing the library beyond the walls of our eight locations.

Services include:

• Storytime to You – Early literacy organizations have the option of requesting an EVPL trained storyteller to come to their location and perform monthly Storytimes. 
• Material Delivery Services – Early literacy organizations have the option to receive monthly deliveries of age-appropriate library materials
• Meals on Wheels – EVPL and Meals on Wheels collaborate to provide monthly library materials to residents participating in meal delivery services. Meals on Wheels provides food for the body; EVPL provides food for the brain!
• EVPL To You –  EVPL Outreach sets up at a location in the community with EVPL services, supplies, storytimes, fun activities, and excited staff ready to answer any questions you may have. Services provided include WiFi hotspots for public use, laptops/iPads, Library Card Clinics, fun activities for kids, Storytimes and more!
• eAccess Services – EVPL provides access to all our digital resources and services by partnering with community organizations to provide eAccess cards to residents in their care.

Request EVPL Outreach’s Services

Each year, EVPL Outreach is asked to participate in hundreds of community events and initiatives. To more effectively meet the needs of our community, EVPL Outreach has streamlined our request process. 

Community organizations inviting EVPL to participate in an event, or requesting a recurring service, should complete the appropriate form below.

Please submit the form at least 4 weeks before your event date or service start date.  A representative of EVPL Outreach will reply within 3 business days of your submitted request.  

You may receive a call or email requesting additional information prior to receiving confirmation.
