“I wanted to be an honorary librarian because the library is one of the most important places to me. It’s a place where people can come no matter their social status, or money to gain information, be transported to new worlds, and build better lives. The library has always been a part of my life and I want it to continue being in others’ lives.
I chose this theme and set of books because hobbies are very important to me. I believe everyone should have a creative outlet, for me I’ve gained knowledge on sewing, crocheting, drawing and so much more from books. One of my favorite hobbies, which is jewelry making, has turned into a successful business.
My hope with this set of books is that it inspires and encourages everyone to try something new because you never know where it might take you!”
