We are bringing back one of our favorite offerings: Book Bundles!

Bundles are made up of books, audiobooks, music, and/or DVDs all tied to one theme.

Book Bundles will be available at all 8 EVPL locations. Our first bundle-theme will be love, and can include fiction and nonfiction books, movies, audiobooks, and more! These titles will explore the many different types of love – just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Book Bundles will be available to reserve beginning Monday, February 1.

Book Bunde Themes

• February 1 – 13: LOVE – Check out materials all about the great game of love.
• February 15 – 27: Black History – February is Black History Month, and materials will highlight events and figures in Black history.
• March 1 – 13: Outside – Spring is right around the corner! Bundles will include materials all related to the great outdoors: hiking, gardening, and nature.
• March 15 – 27: Women’s History – March is Women’s History Month, and materials will revolve around women authors and women who have made an impact.
• March 29 – April 10: Movie Night – Check out books about movies, books about going to the movies, and book & movie pairings.
• April 12 – 24: People and Places Get biographies, novels featuring true historical figures, travel books, community helpers, and more.
• April 26 – May 8: Creativity – Tap into your creativity with DIYs, artist biographies, fiction about artists, creative writing guides, author biographies, and poetry.
• May 10 – 22: New & Improved Skills – Try something new or brush up on an old hobby; these materials are all about people learning and trying new things.
• May 24 – June 5: Food – With the launch of Our Summer: Reading is Delicious, get some materials all about food, restaurants, where our food comes from, and more.
• June 7 – 19: EVPL is for Everyone – Enjoy materials that represent diverse stories.
• June 21 – July 3: Award Winners – These materials have won awards for their brilliance… Or not so, brilliance.
• July 5 – 17: For the Love of Books – All things bookish, books and movies about other books, libraries, bookstores, and more.
